Steak with dry curry marinade
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, fennel seed (from bag of fennel tea), dried coriander leaves, ground cumin (djinten), curry powder, chilli (crumbled) and (bullet) steaks.

Sprinkle fennel seeds and coriander leaves in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating and crush into mortar.

In bowl, mix cumin, curry, possibly chili pepper and roasted herbs with salt and pepper.

Cut the steaks halfway and cut them into slices of 1 cm thick.
