Steak with garden pea puree
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (boiling crumbly (800 g)), garden peas (frozen a 450 g), radish, steaks (with herb butter (a 350 g)), butter, apple juice and balsamic vinegar (red).

Directions

Potatoes cook according to directions on packaging.

Garden peas cook according to directions on packaging.

Collect cooking water.

Cut radishes into very small pieces.

Mash potatoes with herb butter from meat.

Add garden peas and dash of cooking liquid and crush into coarse mash.

Heat butter in frying pan and fry meat 2-3 min.

Per side.

Remove the meat from the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and let it rest.

Sprinkle apple juice, 50 ml of water and balsamic vinegar into pan, stir up loosges and simmer for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut steaks into broad strips.

Pea puree over 4 plates, lay meat on it, spoon over gravy and sprinkle with radish..
