Steak with oriental wok vegetables

Mix the garlic with the sesame oil, soy sauce, caster sugar and 1 tablespoon wok oil. Brush the meat with this mixture and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice.

Heat the rest of the wok oil and stir fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes.

Roast the steaks in a hot grill pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Let the meat rest under aluminum foil and cut it into strips.

Serve the rice with the vegetables and spread the meat over it.
