Steak with oyster mushrooms and red wine sauce

Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the shallots in it.

Put the oyster mushrooms through and stir fry for 3 minutes until the moisture has evaporated.

Add the pesto, wine and half of the parsley and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil and fry the steaks for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve them on warm plates.

Stir the shortening through the sauce and serve with the meat. Sprinkle the rest of the parsley over it.
