Fried noodle with chicken and vegetables


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic and traditional olive oil.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Place the bean sprouts in the colander and pour over with cold water. Clean the spring onions and cut into 4 cm pieces.
  2. Halve the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel the garlic, peel the ginger and finely chop.
  3. Roast the peanuts in a dry wok golden brown, let cool on a dish. Cut the chicken into cubes. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the garlic and ginger for approx. 30 seconds. Add the chicken cubes and stir-fry approx. 2 min.
  4. Add the fish sauce and leave the chicken in va. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Season with pepper and salt. Drain the noodles and mix gently with the chicken. Mix the spring onions and watercress by the noodles and warm for 1 min.
  5. Scoop, from the fire, the bean sprouts by the noodle. Knead the coriander above it, garnish with ground peanuts and pepper strips.
