Steak with sesame and beans

Heat the butter and fry the steaks for about 2 minutes per side. Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it rest.

Meanwhile, cook the beans for 7-8 minutes. Roast the sesame seeds and peanuts in a dry, hot frying pan. Heat the peanut oil and fry the potatoes for 4-5 minutes.

Add the sesame oil to the shortening of the meat and fry the oyster mushrooms, possibly slightly smaller, about 2 minutes. Extinguish with the sherry and soy sauce.

Serve the steak with the potatoes and oyster mushrooms. Spoon the sesame seeds and peanuts through the green beans and serve them.
