Steamed sole with carrot and spring onion
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sole fillets, lime juice, soy sauce, winter carrots, spring onions (a 3 pieces), fresh parsley (flat (dish a 20 g) and chopped).

Rinse the tongue fillets under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Beat the lime juice with the soy sauce and marinate the fish.

Peel the carrot with a peeler, cut it lengthwise into slices and cut into thin strips.

Remove the dark green piece from the spring onions and cut the rest lengthwise with a sharp knife into strips.

Place the fish in a steam basket or a colander over a pan of boiling water.

Divide the strips of vegetables over it.

Steam the vegetables and fish in 5-10 minutes until done.

Put the vegetables on 4 plates and carefully place the lemon fillets.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
