Steamed sprouts with pear
Steamed Brussels sprouts with walnuts, pear and soft goat's cheese.

Clean the sprouts. Chop the walnuts coarsely and roast them for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Allow to cool.

Bring as much water to a boil in a pan that the steam basket does not touch the water. Put the sprouts in the steam basket and steam them in 15 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, peel the pears, cut them into parts and remove the core. Then cut the parts into small pieces.

Mix the sprouts with the pear and crumble the goat's cheese over it. Sprinkle with the walnuts and season with pepper. Bon appétit! .
