Steamed tofu with spicy soy dressing


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, tofu natural (a 375 g), oil, Japanese soy sauce, lime juice, red pepper (stoned and finely chopped), chicken broth (from tablet), Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g), spring onions (in slanted pieces ) and black bean sauce (120 g).

Directions

  1. Drain the tofu and cut it into 4 slices.
  2. Dab the tofu thoroughly dry with kitchen paper.
  3. Beat a dressing of 1 tablespoon of oil with the soy sauce, the lime juice and 1 teaspoon of red pepper.
  4. Bring the stock to a boil in a steamer.
  5. Put the tofu in the steam basket in the pan and steam the tofu 5-6 minutes.
  6. Heat in a wok with non-stick coating 1 tablespoon of oil and fruit the rest of the red pepper.
  7. Add the stir fry mix and fry for 3 minutes on high heat.
  8. Add three quarters of the spring onions and the black bean sauce and heat well for another 1-2 minutes.
  9. Divide the vegetables over 2 plates and place the slices of tofu next to them.
  10. Sprinkle with soy dressing and sprinkle with the rest of the spring onion..
