Stew endive
Dutch dish with potatoes, milk, endive, brie, walnuts and thyme.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Drain and put back in the pan.

Cut the endive into strips, wash it and let the endive drain well. Cut the brie into pieces and chop the walnuts coarsely.

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Mash the potatoes with the puree damper, mix in the milk and season with salt and pepper.

Put the pan on low heat and add the sliced endive hand in hand. Scoop until the endive has slightly shrunk.

Spoon the brie, walnuts and thyme through the stew. Bon appétit! .
