Stew of stir-fried spinach and bacon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, soup balls (250 g, frozen), mashed potatoes (with butter (a 450 g, coolers)), baking bacon, spinach (a 300 g) and coarse mustard.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the soup balls in 8-10 min. Until golden brown and done. Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the rest of the oil in a wok. Cut the bacon into strips and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the wok. Add the spinach to the bacon grease in 2-3 portions and fry until the spinach has shrunk and the moisture has evaporated. Season with pepper. Put the mashed potatoes through.

Divide the stew over 4 plates, scoop the balls and bacon strips on them and spoon a spoon of mustard next to the stew.
