A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (floury), salt, leeks, little gem, bean sprouts, milk, butter or margarine and (freshly ground) pepper.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.
  2. Cook in large pan with water and salt potatoes for approx.
  3. 20 minutes.
  4. Cleaning the leek and washing it.
  5. Cut the white and light green parts of leek into small rings.
  6. Cook with potatoes for about 6 to 8 minutes.Little gem wash and cut away the core.
  7. Cut each crop into thin strips.
  8. Wash the taugé and halve long pieces.
  9. Drain potatoes and leeks.
  10. Heat in the microwave or pan milk.With puree tamper, finely chop the leek and potatoes.Milk the butter and butter through it.Then stir in the beans and bean sprouts.
  11. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  12. Delicious with veal poppy or vegetarian balls..
