Steak du boeuf with rice and pepper salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil, onion, arugula and beef steak the boeuf.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan with a thick bottom and fry the onion glassy. Add the rice and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir the paprika powder through the rice, pour the water and bring it to the boil. Put the lid on the pan and cook the rice for 10 minutes.
  3. Then remove the lid and simmer for another 4-5 min. Cut the peppers into coarse pieces.
  4. Spread the pieces of pepper thinly with oil and grill them on both sides. Season them with pepper and salt and scoop with the arugula.
  5. Brush the steaks thinly with oil and grill them in 8-10 min. Until done, turn them halfway. Season the yoghurt with pepper and salt.
  6. Serve the rice with the paprika salad, steaks de boeuf and a small bowl of yoghurt as a sauce.
