Directions

  1. Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil in a casserole and fry the bacon for 2 minutes.
  2. Make 3 sausages from each sausage by turning them into 2 places once and cutting them. Fry the sausages with the bacon for 3 minutes.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings and the zucchini into cubes. Add the onion and zucchini to the bacon and sausages and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and crush them with a spatula. Bring to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes with the lid on the pan.
  5. Add the lentils and warm for another 2 minutes. Serve with the baguette.
