Stewed fish with stir-fry of vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice ((bag a 1 kg)), lemon, victorian fillet ((bag a 750 g, frozen), thawed), onions (chopped), olive oil, leeks (in slanted rings), pointed cabbage (in strips) and zucchini (in half slices).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Collect 200 ml of the cooking liquid. Clean the lemon, grate half of the yellow skin off and squeeze out the fruit. Cut the second half into quarters. Rub the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Fruit in a stirring onions in the oil until golden brown. Add the leeks and cabbage and stir-fry until the coals have shrunk. Add the cooking water from the rice, lay the pieces of fish and zucchini on top and cover the pan. Cook the vegetables and fish together in 20 minutes. Grind salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle the lemon zest over it. Serve the vegetables and fish with the rice and a piece of lemon.
