Stewed indonesian beef patties in coconut milk
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sereh (lemongrass), onion, garlic, red pepper, ginger powder, ketjapmanis, sucadel juices (about 600 g), oil, ground cumin (djinten), coconut milk (can), fresh coriander (a 15 g), cornstarch, salt and pepper and seroendeng.

Remove from lemongrass outer leaf, halve stem. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Clean pepper and cut into strips. Combine lemongrass, onion, garlic, ginger powder and pepper strips with soy sauce in a bowl. Sucadeca. Let marinate for 1 hour.

Remove meat from marinade. Heat oil in pressure cooker and sear meat. Add marinade, cumin and coconut milk and bring to the boil. Close the pan. Let meat simmer for about 25 minutes at pressure. 2. Chop coriander coarsely. According to instructions, take pressure from pan. Remove lemongrass from custody. Stir in maizena with 2 tbsp water, bind the cooking water to it. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the casserole to the serving dish and sprinkle with seroendeng and coriander. Serve with rice and stir-fried cabbage.
