Rub the chicken chops with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in an ovenproof frying pan and fry the pork chops around brown.

Mix the honey with the mustard, lemon zest, juice, paprika, garlic, pepper sauce and chicken broth into a sauce and pour over the chicken.

Stew about 20 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Heat the oven grill.

Put the pan without lid for 3-4 minutes under the grill until the honey caramelises from the sauce.
