Stir-fried broccoli and oyster mushrooms
Pandan rice with stir-fried oyster mushrooms and broccoli, served with spring onions and cashew nuts.

Bring the water to a boil in a pan. Add the rice and cook covered in about 10 minutes. cooked. In the meantime, cut the spring onions into pieces of approx. 2 cm. Divide the brocolli into smaller florets. Wipe the oyster mushrooms and halve them.

Heat the stir-fry oil in a wok. Sprinkle the spring onions, broccoli and oyster mushrooms and bake for about 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce and the water and let the vegetables cook for another 4 minutes.

Spoon the cashew nuts through the vegetables. Spoon the rice into wide bowls and stir in the stir-fried vegetables.
