Teriyaki steak with noodles and bok choy
Steak with noodles and bok choy in wok sauce teriyaki and honey with fried onions.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the steak for 4 minutes. Turn halfway.

Remove from the pan, place on a plate and leave covered with aluminum foil for 5 minutes.

Cut the bok choy into 2 cm wide pieces. Heat the oil in a stir-frying stir-fry, stir-fry for 4 minutes. Cut the steak into slices of ½ inch thick.

Add the wok sauce and noodles to the bok choy and let it get hot.

Divide the noodles with the paksoi over the plates and put the steak on them. Sprinkle with the fried onions.
