Directions

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into pieces. Boil for 3 minutes in a large pan of water, drain and drain well.
  2. Meanwhile cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic and the sesame seed 1 min.
  3. Add the soy sauce and broccoli to the garlic and fry for 2 minutes while on a high heat. Serve immediately.
