Stir-fried broccoli with soy sauce and sesame
Broccoli from the wok with garlic, sesame seeds and soy sauce.

Divide the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into pieces. Boil for 3 minutes in a large pan of water, drain and drain well.

Meanwhile cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic and the sesame seed 1 min.

Add the soy sauce and broccoli to the garlic and fry for 2 minutes while on a high heat. Serve immediately.
