Stir-fried broccoli with steak and red pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the steak into strips and the garlic fine.
  2. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into rings.
  3. Peel and grate the ginger. In a deep plate, spoon the steak with the garlic, red pepper, cumin, ginger and soy sauce.
  4. Halve the smallest broccoli florets and cut the largest in four.
  5. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the broccoli florets and fry them in 3-4 minutes until al dente. Remove the florets from the wok.
  6. Heat the oil and stir fry the steak strips 1-2 min. Add the broccoli. Cut the lime into pieces.
  7. Scoop the rice into bowls and spread the broccoli and the steak over it. Garnish each bowl with the wedges of lime.
