Cut the carrots into equal pieces. Heat the oil and stir fry the carrot at medium height about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for another minute.

Pour in the ginger syrup and two tablespoons of water and simmer for a few minutes at low setting.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
