Stir-fried chicken pieces with bok choy

Squeeze the garlic, grate the ginger and finely chop the pepper. Spoon the chicken pieces in a bowl with garlic, ginger, red pepper, lemon juice and soy sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the bok choy into broad strips, keep the white and green strips separate. Cut the red onion into thin slices and the carrots into slanted slices.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken pieces on high heat around brown. Put them on a plate. Stir fry the onion, carrot and white pieces for 2-3 minutes.

Put the chicken pieces and green packets through them and stir fry for another 2 minutes until the pack begins to shrink. If necessary, season with some soy sauce. Delicious with noodles or silver rice.
