Stir-fried chicory with hot prawns


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, chicory, red pepper, stir-fry oil, ginger root (peeled and chopped), garlic (finely chopped), tiger prawns ((frozen, 500 g), thawed) and coriander (coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Remove the tips of the chicory bushes.
  2. Cut the bushes in half lengthwise and in thin strips.
  3. Cut the chilli pepper over the length and scrape out the seeds with a knife.
  4. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
  5. Heat in a stirring stir frying oil and fry the ginger, garlic and chili pepper over a high heat for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Add the strips of chicory and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and sprinkle the coriander over it.
  9. Tasty with yellow rice..
