Stir-fried cucumber
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mienestjes, sunflower oil, cucumbers (in half lengthwise and seed strips removed), spring onions ((3 pieces), slanted in rings), yellowfin sole fillet ((fish, 750 g, frozen), thawed and cut into pieces), sambal oelek and fried onions (cup 100 g).

Cook the instructions according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the cucumber halves into slices. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the cucumber and the spring onions 2 min. Add the fish fillet. Bake for 2 minutes and season with the sambal. Mix the noodles with the other ingredients. Spoon the noodles into 4 bowls and sprinkle with the fried onions.
