Pork tenderloin skewers with spring onions


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, dried oregano, pork tenderloin (diced 2 x 2 cm), dried prunes (no seeds), bacon (packet of 150 g), spring onion ((3 pieces) and in pieces of 4 cm).

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Mix the oil with the oregano and salt and pepper. Allow the pork tenderloin to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Wrap the prunes in a slice of bacon. Thread the pork tenderloin and spring onions over and over to the skewers. Start and finish each skewer with a plum in bacon.
  3. Grill the skewers on the barbecue in 6-8 minutes brown and done. Tasty with a green salad and baguette.
