Pork tenderloin skewers with spring onions
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, dried oregano, pork tenderloin (diced 2 x 2 cm), dried prunes (no seeds), bacon (packet of 150 g), spring onion ((3 pieces) and in pieces of 4 cm).

Light the barbecue. Mix the oil with the oregano and salt and pepper. Allow the pork tenderloin to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Wrap the prunes in a slice of bacon. Thread the pork tenderloin and spring onions over and over to the skewers. Start and finish each skewer with a plum in bacon.

Grill the skewers on the barbecue in 6-8 minutes brown and done. Tasty with a green salad and baguette.
