Stir-fried green cabbage
Green cabbage with tutti frutti, caraway seed and chopped from the wok

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done.

In the meantime, cut the frutti. Put in a bowl. Pour in the water and let it soak for 4 minutes.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the minced meat 3 min.

Meanwhile, cut the onion.

Add the onion with the caraway seed to the minced meat and stir-fry 1 min.

Add the cabbage and frutti with the water and stir fry for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and salt.

Drain the potatoes and put them back in the pan.

Cut the cheese into pieces.

Stamp the potatoes with the milk, mustard and cheese to a smooth puree.

Season with pepper and salt. Serve with the green cabbage-minced mixture.
