Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done.
  2. In the meantime, cut the frutti. Put in a bowl. Pour in the water and let it soak for 4 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the minced meat 3 min.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the onion.
