Tagliatelle puttanesca with cod
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, eggplant, olive oil, pasta sauce (puttanesca (350 g)), tagliatelle (green and white (pack a 500 g)), cod fillet (about 240 g) and tomato cubes (400 g) .

Peel and chop onions.

Remove tips from aubergine and cut the rest into small cubes.

Heat oil and fry onion.

Eggplant cubes a few min.

Add pasta sauce, rinse the jar with a little water and pour into sauce.

Whip for about 20 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, prepare tagliatelle according to directions on packaging.

Cut cod fillet into pieces and heat with sauce in the last 5 minutes.
