Hawaiian with fresh pineapple
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red onions (in rings), vinegar, pineapple, cherry tomatoes ((250 g), halved), minimais ((425 g), drained), jalapeño burger, Cheddar (Tophat 48 (cheese) )), white bulbs with sesame (bag of 6) and cabbage lettuce (washed).

Mix the onion and vinegar in a bowl. Cut the top and bottom of the pineapple and cut off the peel. Cut 4 slices of 1 cm thick and remove the hard core. Cut the rest of the pineapple into quarters, remove the hard core and cut the flesh into pieces. Mix the onion and vinegar together with the tomatoes and corncobs. Put in the refrigerator until use.

Heat the grill pan and grill the burgers in 12 minutes. Turn the cheese over halfway and afterwards turn the cheese over the burgers.

Halve the bread rolls and spread the bottom halves with the lettuce. Grill the pineapple slices for 1 minute and place on the lettuce. Put the burgers with the cheese on it. Cover with the top halves of the sandwiches and serve with the salad. Tasty with ketchup.
