                            Stir-fried pak choi with ginger and soy
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: Shanghai paksoi, lime, fresh ginger root, extra virgin olive oil with garlic and chili flavor, Japanese soy sauce and salted cashew nuts.

                                Wash shrubs Shanghai paksoi in plenty of water and spread well.

                                Cut stems in length into quarters.
 - 
                                Lime clean poles, grate green skin and crush lime.
 - 
                                Ginger peel and grate.
 - 
                                Heat in wok oil and bake ginger until it starts to smell.
 - 
                                Bring on the paksoi and let it sink in a high heat in about 3-4 minutes.
 - 
                                Add lime zest, lime juice and soy sauce and heat gently for approx.
 - 
                                1-2 minutes.
 - 
                                Prepare cashew nuts and serve immediately.
 - 
                                Serve with basmati rice and roasted fish or chicken..
