Stir-fried spinach with garlic and hazelnuts

Cut the garlic into slices. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic and rosemary for 2 minutes on low heat.

Raise the heat, add the spinach in parts and let it shrink. Keep shoving well. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the hazelnuts for 4 minutes on a medium heat.

Remove from the pan and allow to cool on a plate. Heel coarse.

Spoon the spinach on a flat dish and spread the hazelnuts over it.
