Stir-fried steak with broccoli

Directions

  1. Cut the spring onions into 3 cm pieces.
  2. Cut the steak into thin strips and mix in a bowl with garlic, ginger, red pepper, freshly ground pepper and oil.
  3. Leave for five minutes.
  4. Boil the broccoli florets in a pan with plenty of boiling water with a little salt in four minutes al dente.
  5. Drain in a colander and rinse the florets with cold running water.
  6. Let it drain well.
  7. Heat a wok on high heat until it is piping hot.
  8. Spoon the steak mixture into the pan and fry the strips on a high heat, shoving brown.
  9. Scoop the broccoli florets and spring onions and stir-fry for another two minutes.
  10. Put the oyster sauce through and sprinkle the cashew nuts over it.
