Stir-fried steak with broccoli

Cut the spring onions into 3 cm pieces.

Cut the steak into thin strips and mix in a bowl with garlic, ginger, red pepper, freshly ground pepper and oil.

Leave for five minutes.

Boil the broccoli florets in a pan with plenty of boiling water with a little salt in four minutes al dente.

Drain in a colander and rinse the florets with cold running water.

Let it drain well.

Heat a wok on high heat until it is piping hot.

Spoon the steak mixture into the pan and fry the strips on a high heat, shoving brown.

Scoop the broccoli florets and spring onions and stir-fry for another two minutes.

Put the oyster sauce through and sprinkle the cashew nuts over it.
