Cut the onion into small parts. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Scoop the onion with a slotted spoon from the pan.

Fry the meatballs in the shortening on medium heat in 3 min. Brown.

Add the onion again, stir in the sugo isolana and bring the sauce to boil. Cook the meatballs covered for 10 minutes.

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Cut the broccoli into florets and the stalks into slices and cook in 4 minutes until tender.

Drain the macaroni and the broccoli and mix. Season with pepper and scoop the cheese chips through.

Divide the macaroni with broccoli over 4 plates, add the meatballs in tomato sauce and sprinkle with the cheese chips.
