Stir-fry dish with grilled tuna


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steaks (frozen, pack a 2), baby potatoes (with summer dressing, a 450 g), broccoli, ready-to-cook carrots, yellow pepper and oil.

Directions

  1. Dry tuna according to the instructions.
  2. Prepare the baby's as per microwave instructions.
  3. Clean broccoli, divide into florets, steal peels and cut into pieces.
  4. Cook the carrots and broccoli in 3 min.
  5. Clean the pepper and cut it into small strips.
  6. Sprinkle the tuna with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover the grill pan with 1 tbsp oil and brown and cook for about 4 minutes on both sides.
  8. Rest of oil in wok heating.
  9. Pepper 2 min.
  10. Stir-fry.
  11. Broccoli and carrots create through it and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  12. Season with salt and pepper.
  13. Mix in the beakers.
  14. Serve with tuna steak..
