Stir fry pan pak choi and quorn
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: nut rice (250 g), pak choi, onion, red pepper, sunflower oil, Quorn pieces (a 175 g), mild curry paste (pot a 283 g) and tomato cubes (400 g).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Clean paksoi and cut into strips.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean pepper and cut into cubes.

Heat in wok oil.

Season the onion and bell pepper gently for about 2 minutes.

Add quorn and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Bring on the paksoi and bake for approx.

2 minutes.

Add curry paste and fry approx.
-
1 minute.
-
Add tomato cubes and heat for approx.

2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serving the dish with rice..
