Strawberries with balsamic vinegar
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: pistachio nuts ((box 95 g), coarsely chopped), balsamic vinegar (ripened on wood (bottle 250 ml)), liquid (honey), fresh mint (only the leaves), strawberries (250 g) , crowns removed) and icing ice cream (1 liter).

Roast the pistachios for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Add the vinegar and the honey, scoop and remove the pan from the heat.

Slice the mint leaves. Halve the strawberries. Scoop 2 rolls of roll ice cream into each slice and spread the strawberries over it. Pour the warm nut mixture over it and garnish with the mint.
