Strawberries with martini fiero and mascarpone


A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries ((a 250 g) crowns removed), lemon, Martini Fiero (bottle 0.75 liter), vanilla sugar (a 8 g), mint, mascarpone (soft cream cheese and container 250 g).

Directions

  1. Halve the strawberries. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the Martini. Stir in the vanilla sugar until it is dissolved. Mix with the strawberries and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours covered with cling film.
  2. Cut the leaves of 4 sprigs of fresh mint very finely. Mix through the strawberries. Divide the strawberries over 4 plates. Spoon a spoonful of mascarpone on each plate and garnish with the remaining mint leaves.
