Roast the pistachio nuts in a dry, hot frying pan and set aside.

Beat the icing sugar with the egg yolks to a smooth mixture.

Add the mascarpone and mix on a high stand until a cream.

Divide the strawberries over plates or dishes. Spoon mascarpone cream and sprinkle with white chocolate, cookies and pistachios.
