Whisk the whipped cream in a bowl. Then beat in the sugar and yogurt.

Cut the syrup wafers into small pieces and scoop together with the cinnamon through the yoghurt mixture.

Line the freezer mold with plastic wrap and scoop the yogurt mixture into the mold. Cover with plastic wrap and put the mold in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Preheat the oven to 175ºC.

Take the parfait from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Place the rest of the syrup wafers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and heat them in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the parfait from the mold and cut it into slices. Divide the slices of parfait and the hot syrup wafers over the plates. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
