Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Halve the courgettes and cut the flesh to a ½ cm from the side of the courgettes (flesh is not used).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat for about 2 minutes. Scoop the onion through and cook for 4 minutes.
