Chicken tikka with avocado and cucumber
This chicken Tikka makes you as spicy as you want. The cucumber and avocado keep the dish fresh.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and mix with the tandoori masala herbs.

Peel and halve the cucumber and cut into cubes. Then mix with the crème fraîche.

Peel the avocado and cut into cubes. Then heat the oil in a frying pan.

Fry the chicken breast cubes for about 5 minutes, then add the avocado and the cucumber mixture. Heat for another 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the tomato and cut into slices.

Serve the chicken Tikka with rice and garnish with the tomato.
