Pizza with asparagus and salmon
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mix for pizza crust (450 g), olive oil, green asparagus, tomato frito (375 ml), pink salmon (a 213 g) and ground mature cheese (150 g).

Preheat oven to 225 ° C.

Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions with 2 tbsp oil.

Grease the baking sheet with the rest of the oil.

Roll out the pizza dough and cover the baking tray with dough.

Clean asparagus and simmer for approx.

5 minutes.

Pour the pizza base with tomato frito.

Drain the salmon, remove any skins and grits.

Spread asparagus and salmon over pizza.

Sprinkle cheese over it and bake pizza in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.

Delicious with iceberg lettuce and yoghurt dressing..
