Stuffed omelette with salami
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs, grated old cheese, oil, artichoke hearts ((400 g), drained), onion (chopped), courgettes (diced), salami ((meat products), in strips) and baguette.

Dissolve eggs with salt and pepper in bowl.

Mix in cheese.

In a large frying pan with non-stick coating, heat 1/2 t of oil each time.

Pour the quarter of egg mixture into pan and let it flow out.

Bake 4 thin omelettes.

Keep warm on a plate under aluminum foil.

Cut artichokes into 4 or 6 pieces.

Meanwhile gently fry in 2 tbsp oil in other frying pan.

Add the zucchini and fry for 3 minutes.

Add artichoke and salami and cook for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place omelette on each plate.

Add a quarter of salami mixture to the bottom half and fold the omelet over the filling.

Chop the baguette and serve with it..
