Sausages made of minced meat, paprika, garlic and parsley in a shoarma roll with lettuce and onion.

Directions

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the egg, the flour and paprika. Press the garlic above it. Slice the parsley. Add the parsley and 2 tsp salt. Knead together and form 20 sausages with damp hands.
  2. Heat the grill pan or light the barbecue. Grill the sausages in 5 min. Golden brown and done. Times regularly. Meanwhile, grill the shoarma rolls for 3 minutes in the grill pan or on the barbecue. Turn halfway.
  3. Cut the onion into thin rings. • Cut the sandwiches in half and spread them with the lettuce and onion. Place 2 rolls and 5 sausages on each plate. Serve with the garlic sauce. Nice with coleslaw.
