Stuffed onion with beef kebab


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red onions (peeled), olive oil, beef tartar, garlic (pressed), courgettes, couscous and white cheese (paste 150 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Cut the onions up to 1 cm from the root start in four. Spread 1 tbsp oil and salt to taste on the inside of each onion. Put in the baking dish and put in the oven for 25 minutes.
  2. Mix the tartar with 2 cloves of garlic and pepper and salt to taste. Form 4 sausages and baste them on the skewers. Brush with 2 tbsp oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the kebab in 10 min. Brown and done.
  3. Cut the zucchini into cubes of 1/2 cm. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the rest of the garlic and fry the zucchini in 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Put the onions on 4 plates. Spoon 1 tbsp zucchini in each onion. Crumble the cheese and serve with the kebab. Spoon the rest of the zucchini through the couscous. Tasty with fresh mint.
