Stuffed peaches
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: almond shavings, whipped cream (long-life, 200 ml), raspberry jam and half peaches in syrup (820 g).

Roast the almond shavings golden brown in a dry frying pan in 2-3 minutes and allow to cool.

Beat the whipped cream with 2 tablespoons of jam.

Divide the half peaches over four plates and scoop some raspberry cream in each peach and a small tuft of raspberry jam in each peach.

Garnish the filled peaches with the toasted almond shavings..
