Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven setting 4.

Wash the peppers. Cut off the caps from the top and keep them. Hollow out the peppers.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon cubes in approx. 3 minutes. Add the onion fruit gently for approx. 3 min.

Add the tomato cubes, herbs and chili sauce. Cook gently for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. In the oven, heat the pepper with the cap approx. 5 min.

Scoop the tagliatelle through the sauce. Turn the turrets of the tagliatelle with a fork, fill the peppers with them and cover with the caps. Make the rest of the tagliatelle litters on the plates and serve the peppers.
