Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and seed lists and cut the peppers into strips.

Cut the onion in half rings and the mushrooms in quarters.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper, onion and mushrooms for 6 min. On medium heat.

Turn off the heat and add half of the crème fraîche. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the grill pan and grill the beefburgers in 11 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Take out of the pan. Keep warm under aluminum foil.

Halve the rolls and grill for 1 min. With the cutting edge down. You do not have to clean the grill pan first; this way the sandwiches get more flavor.

Brush the upper halves of the rolls with the rest of the crème fraîche. Remove the leaves from the lettuce.

Put on the bottom halves successively some lettuce, the burgers and a generous amount of vegetables. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
