Stuffed tomato with minced meat and corn
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh parsley (a 30 g), corn kernels (300 g), beef tomatoes, light-filled cheese, (olive) oil, garlic, minced beef (about 300 g), fougasse de boulogne (bread and 350 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Parsley finely chop.

Drain corn.

Wash tomatoes, cut off caps and pulp out (is not used).

Cut cheese into small cubes.

Heat oil in frying pan and press garlic over it.

Minced meat in garlic oil.
-
Mix corn, parsley, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

Put tomatoes in greased baking dish, fill up with minced meat mixture.

Cook in the middle of oven tomatoes in 20 min.

Bake bread after 15 min.

Stuffed tomatoes with bread serve.
