A tasty recipe. The vegetarian brunch contains the following ingredients: vine tomatoes, eggs, butter, blue veal cheese (eg gorgonzola), diced) and arugula (lettuce).

Directions

  1. Cut the caps of the tomatoes and hollow out the tomatoes with a spoon (flesh and seeds are not used).
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add some salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
