Stuffed tomatoes with scrambled eggs and blue cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian brunch contains the following ingredients: vine tomatoes, eggs, butter, blue veal cheese (eg gorgonzola), diced) and arugula (lettuce).

Cut the caps of the tomatoes and hollow out the tomatoes with a spoon (flesh and seeds are not used).

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add some salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, add the cheese cubes and let the egg mixture solidify on a low heat while stirring.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Divide the scrambled eggs over the hollowed out tomatoes and put some leaves of rocket.
